WELCOME….that is the feeling you will get when you cross the threshold of our congregation. My name is Samantha Knollhoff, a Boerne resident since 2005, and I have been attending Revive House of Messiah since 2020. Along with all the ways the world around us changed that year, my understanding of God’s word took a turn down a rabbit trail that opened my eyes to so many of the answers I had been seeking in my study of the Bible. Those answers had been right in front of me the whole time, I just wasn’t finding them through modern American Christianity. My desire to raise my 6 children with a true knowledge of the ways of the Lord led me to seek a sabbath observant church that would help us learn about:
- The holy days God has commanded in Leviticus
- Why He gave us food laws
- How loving God and your neighbor is explained in the Torah
- How all these things and more point directly to Jesus.
Our Father truly is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
At Revive, we are a congregation of believers in Christ trying to work out our salvation (Philippians 2:12) through obedience and submission to God’s will…not to be saved, but because we are saved.
